If it’s meant, then it will happen
And there’s not much that you can do
For it is said the hand of fate
Walks straight through life with you
But how quickly you may amble
Or canter on your way
Might blend the path of destiny
With free will and mind per se
For whatever ‘it’ is meant to be
The journey there has different trails
And those you choose to wander down
Might alter life’s details
For at the end when all is said
And all is done as well
The story in our book of life
Will have more than fate to tell

Your poem truly made me smile! So profound yet so simple, it is true that we blame fate for everything, knowing not that perhaps, fate is waiting for us to take the first step! 🙂 Loved it! 🙂
Thank you 🙂
Beautiful poem!
Thank you
