A Dirty Ditty!
Mud in your hair
Mud in your toes
Mud in your fingernails
Mud up your nose
Mud over feet
Mud all of a slosh
Muddy mud mud
Now time for a wash!
Mud in your hair
Mud in your toes
Mud in your fingernails
Mud up your nose
Mud over feet
Mud all of a slosh
Muddy mud mud
Now time for a wash!
Boys will all be boys
Playing in the mud and dirt
Covered head to toe
Men all caked in mud
Coming in from the rugby
Something’s never change!
Well hippos might adore it but
There’s one thing I abhor
And that is filthy dirty mud
That’s spread across the floor
Or worse still smeared on windshield of
The car when it’s all clean
From driver in the front of you
Who cleans his front windscreen!
I mean why do they do it when
You’ve literally just had
Your car all waxed and polished and
You’re feeling rather glad
To be driving something tidy
Not splattered all in grime
But No! The car in front just doesn’t think
And then commits the crime
A crime that is so heinous
It makes your blood just boil
As the contents from their wheels spin up
And splat your car with soil
So that then you need to visit
The car wash once again
To have the same mud washed away
With money down the drain!
